I was coming home from a date many years ago when I noticed that a greyhound was on an intercept course with my car. From the time I noticed this to the time of impact was maybe a second - not nearly long enough to hit the brakes. I was still forming the word ("fuuuuuuu") when that sucker launched himself over the front of my car and kept running. Greyhounds sprint at about 40MPH, and this guy was coming in from my 10:00 at full bore.
I'm pretty sure he was running with some bad friends who put him up to it. Nearly soiled myself.

So I my car is finally ready from the body shop. They ended up replacing the fender and the door. As a bonus, the shop painted a rear spoiler for me!

Better late than never and a free rear spoiler paint job to calm your nerves for making you wait over a month.
