'03 Targa

 

Got our 04 a couple of months ago

 

Just got a 2002 C2 manual - seal grey with boxster red interior. More pics when it is sunny and I can find a stunning location.

 

I love the look of the 996 Targa, don't know why but for me I think they are better looking than the coupe and the cabriolet....

 

And here's the interior resplendent in boxster red. I hope this is no harder than black and grey to maintain. There are a few parts that could do with a touch up, such as around the ignition key so any tips welcome.

 

I've always had a soft spot for Targas. My first ride in a Porsche was in a late '70s 911 Targa. Brown with chocolate interior if memory serves me.

You do have a Major problem, the steering wheel got misplaced to the wrong side

Looks good in red!

Rear wiper was a factory option choice by the original owner along with sports exhaust. Magnificent!

 

My 02

 

Just purchased this weekend. 2003 Targa in Arctic Silver Metallic with Black Leather. Many thanks to Rennlister GNAT for helping do a pre-purchase inspection on this car and to IMA Motorwerke in Chantilly for the same. Kind of scary agreeing to buy a car sight unseen but these guys really helped! Car drove beautifully from Chantilly back to Greensboro.

I know it was an option, I just have not seen a Targa with one before
