I have the full-leather option and the shroud over the instrument pod is wrinkling--badly. It was perfect 3-mos ago when I bought the car, but since i've owned it, gets daily exposure to direct sunlight and elevated temps. Is this covered under the factory warranty? What are the remedies?

Wow. I've had mine for over a year, out in the sun when I use it to work 3 seasons of the year. No wrinkling of the dashboard leather. Unless something unusual happened to it, I would say that the wrinkling is a manufacturing defect and should be covered by warrantee

I wonder if the leather conditioner I used has something to do with it (Meguiars wipes).

don't tell the dealer u used Meguiar and u should be fine with the warranty. however, taking the entire dashboard out is not a good idea. u might have more headache later on.

i'd avoid those cheap wipes!
