VREDESTEIN tires
Any one using these on your 996,? or a C4, which is what I have, an 01.
What has been your impression of these tires?
I had them on when I bought the car. I do not know much about them.
I welcome any opinions or thoughts about these tires, past or present experience.
Mine are 225 /18 on 8" wheels and 265/18 on rear. on 10" wheels.
thanks in advance for your input.

I do not know anything about them personally, but some reviews I see online indicate that treadwear is poor.

I have used Vrederstein snows for decades, on several different cars. They are some of the best snow tires I've ever driven on!
But not familiar with their non-snow variants, although the OEM spare tire that was never used, in a 1971 Datsun 240Z that I owned in the mid '80's, was surprisingly made my Vrederstein.
If tires considered are snow/winter tread, they will not wear well if driven year round. Snow tires have softer rubber which stays more compliant below freezing.
