But since Michelin PSS are being mentioned I have a set Iam about to throw on the rear. Just wanted to shamlessly show off. I have never bought a set of brand new tires

Well, hopefully you have 19" wheels to go with your new 19" tires, otherwise it's gonna feel just a little sloppy...

Now we need to get Michelin to also make those beauties in 295/30-18.

Don't mean to resurrect an old thread but to just share information. I just did Michellin Pilot Super Sports all around yesterday (235/40R18 F; 285/35R18 R) and WOW!!! Love it! I highly recommend it. Very grippy, quiet, and the added beef in the back wheel profile has made a slight difference in comfort! No rubbing. No ABS or PSM idiot lights. Did I mention the grip?

Those 295 30 19s PSSs are what's going in my 99 C4 soon. PO streched some 265s in my 11" rims and they look getto.

I am running 997 19x11s on my 99 C2. With 295s they fit perfectly.

Just put a set of Sumitomo HTR III on my 99 C2. LOVE them. Quiet and sticky, car tracks well. Oh, I went with 285/35 on the back, kept the 225/40 on the front. According to my GPS, my speedometer is now 100% accurate ! No regrets, will replace with same.
