side skirt screws

can someone with the MKII sideskirt post a photo on how they are bolted ?

I look at mine and it is ugly..I wonder if that is how they are done when they come factory installed... ? I doubt it.

That's pretty much how mine looks. I'm pretty sure this is normal.
Every used sideskirts I've seen had the high/low spots where the screws were pushing the skirt up.

MK1 here but the picture is the same as mine.

Gotta ask.....so who is noticing this? Btw are you missing some panels underneath?

I had them installed not too long ago and it seems to me like the screws put a lot of strain on the plastic so I wanted to make sure it was done right.

I think I have all panels underneath but yeah these two line on the side are unprotected. right side of the car.
