Just had my 996's alignment completed. I requested the specs to be set to GT3's alignment specifications. (This shop is one of only a few here that'll do custom alignments) unfortunately my printer just ran out of ink so I wasn't able to print it out for them, trusting they'd have it in their system. Above is my alignment sheet, on the top of the sheet It states "except USA, GT3 : Carrera" so it seems I got ROW specs. I tried to look up GT3 specs to compare, but I have trouble converting inches to degrees to verify I got what I wanted. I only really wanted toe adjusted (slid in bolts on top to maximize negative camber)

.02/.03 seems ok for a tiny bit if toe in, so maybe he got the specs right.
