I put BERU in mine and took old BOSCH out. Both have the 4 point ground electrode style. The new ones made a real difference to the response of the engine. Ask me again 30000 miles down the road. Mind you if you are tracking your car you may want the most expensive and BERU are not expensive. Which are the best? God only knows coz I don't.

For my cars, 02 Boxster (273K miles) and 03 Turbo (113K miles) the best plugs have been whatever the tech gets from the dealer parts counter.
Never had any issues arising from plugs and the engine just runs fine from the 1st day the plugs were installed to just before they plugs were replaced due to miles. At least once I let the plugs go past their change by date, make that miles.
For the Boxster it seems the 4 ground electrode style is favored while the Turbo seems to get the 2 ground electrode style. I have no idea what the plug numbers are. IIRC all are of the Beru brand though.
