Rear seat belt won't retract

Rear seat belt won't retract
Well the good news is I've discovered my 996 is the ultimate "get your baby to sleep" vehicle. As soon as I put my 3 month old son in the car and turn the engine on, it's light's out for him! Hopefully that means he'll like cars as he grows up.
But when installing the car seat today I pulled the seat belt all the way out with the intent of putting it into ratchet mode. When I did that it got stuck and now won't retract.
I took the back panel off (my car is a cab) but can't see how to get to the seat belt easily. I've tried jiggling the belt and doing whatever I can but it won't take up the slack. It was working just fine before this.
Any ideas what I should do? How do I get to the spool that holds the belt?
Thanks!

Found a fix!
I had to remove the back cover and put the top down half-way.
When I did that I was able to see the seat belt going into the reel and noticed it was pinched on one of the panels. I moved the panel slightly and the belt moved along as it should.
Baby-mobile is once again operational!
