Default Prices for a 996tt

I've been looking for a while for the right 996tt just when I think I found the one we can't agree on price. One was 01 with 23k miles passed ppi asking $50 dropped it to 49(thanks) thought that was a little high so I passed. Now I found another one 01 52k miles more options but the bottom price was $47.2 I thought that seemed high also. Is it bc I live in the Northeast bc I seemed they are @ $4 to $5k too high.

Not sure if you are working with a private party or a Porsche dealer. I am in the Northeast and I have noticed that the dealer is actually getting insane prices on used cars and they are typically gone in two weeks or less. They never carry inventory, they hit the lot and are sold.

I can't really comment on what a fair price is. I am one of those guys that typically pays more than most others say they would have.

If it's too expensive in the Northeast then buy one where they are cheaper and drive it or ship it home. You don't have to deal with borders like we do so I don't see what the big deal is.

If those cars are selling at those prices, then the prices can't be "too high". The prices are determined by the market. If buyers are willing to pay those prices, then that becomes the value. Either you step up to the market price, shop elsewhere or be patient.

Good luck with your search.
