Nice job! I used Mother's Back to Black on the wiper cowl and it came out pretty good, though not as deep black as your radiator intakes. Is Plastcoat similar to PlastiDip, or is it more like a normal paint, and how difficult is it to remove the wiper cowl?

Easy to replace the wiper cowl. Just need a torx set. Remove wipers, Spray nozzles and swap. Save the wiper arm caps and cowl caps. The new cowl does not come with caps for some reason.
That is actually my second cowl
South Florida sun fades them fast but my Indy and I both looked at each other at how well the Plasticoating looked on the intakes will probably do the cowl as well.
Yes, Plastcoat and Plastidip is similar stuff. Home Depot paint section.
Would be interested to see how the grills hold up. I painted mine with krylon paint for plastics. After a thousand miles or so, you can see the black grill getting sandblasted.

thumbs up on Mother's Back to Black. I was surprised on how well the "grey" windshield shelf came back to life with a little rubbing with Mother's. All non-metallic trim benefits from this. Once or twice a year dependent upon how much sun worshipping your car does. I have a cracked passenger side radiator scoop (don't ask). Been window shopping front noses and such for awhile. Nice idea on the intake screens.
