He wasn't aware that it needed brake pads soon, and tires are down to 60% tread (michelin ps2). Cosmetically the car is a 9.8/10. It looses .2 points due to 3 tiny stone chips on hood.

The only thing that I am preparing myself to do to the car is the clutch. I will just have to wait until it goes out as there is no true test of clutch lining life. A lot of 911t owners seem to blow the clutch right before 50k miles. We will see... as for now I cant stop smiling every time I drive the car.
Congratulations. You did very well with this purchase. Some suggest the clutch pedal will become harder to push as it wears. And, wipe that smile off your face.

Great decision. You can now resign your membership in the M96 "When Will My Engine Blow Up?" club. Congrats.

Here you go guys, had her for about a month now.. 03 TT 6spd 44k miles..

Stuff I've done:

-Ipad mini install
-Dension Gateway 500
-Climate control, radio relocate
-35% tint
-Smoked corners
-New front lip (old one was scuffed up!)
-New voltage regulator on alternator
-Durametric on order!

Car came with K40 radar detector, Gemballa wheels, Exhaust, and GIAC tune with OBD loader.

(Best craigslist find of all time, doctor owned beauty!)

Thanks to these forums for all the DIYs and knowledge.

Considering the purchase price, it's safe to say that all 996 depreciated across the board, TT or not.
