Default Sputtering after clutch change

Just got my 2002 C2 back after a clutch change. Before the car drove perfectly. But now it feels like it has no power and it starts to sputter/buck once it gets past 3500 rpms. It sounds like a spark plug problem to me, but the timing makes me suspicious. Is it possible my indy simply didn't put everything back together correctly? Other than spark plugs, could there be another culprit? Thanks.

Maybe they disturbed/cracked the flywheel ignition sensor? Not hard to do if they removed the flywheel.
