Welcome to the 996 water cooled forum. Nice looking Porsche you have, although I'm rather partial to the MY99 in black of course.

Yes and the LED headlights aren't on the option list so I'm presuming a PO had them fitted, they look pretty new too. Unfortunately no books came with the car so I'm on the lookout for an owner's manual. Meantime thanks for the comments guys and I'll post some better pics soon...

That's a really nice colour. Congratulations on the car! I've always had a thing for a black 911, and I wasn't able to find a nice one when I bought mine. But I love a red 911 as well
As they all say here - get the Fister-D first. Other mods can follow this.

Congrats and welcome!

Mine's a black '99 also, but cab. The full leather interior makes a big difference!

Thanks guys. Yeah the leather makes a huge difference...a big selling point for me for this particular car. And definitely gonna get that muffler...

Congrats and welcome!

I can definitely recommend the Fister mufflers. My wife drove my car today, and I stood in the driveway while she drove away so I could listen to it. It sounds awesome!

Looks to me like you got a pretty good deal. You'll have to join us on our PCA/POC gatherings around the Los Angeles area

Cheers yeah, it seemed a good deal to me because of the options and the fact that a previous owner really spent money on it, mostly under warranty I understand. Joining the PCA is definitely on my to do list. Are there any events in Socal planned this summer? A link would be great...
