50 years of the 911
I got this from the home office, enjoy. Great history and site of all the 911s.

Interesting comments on the 996 headlamps....
The design was a reinterpretation of the 911’s classic line characterised by a low cW value of 0.30. At the same time, the lines of the 996 were the result of component sharing with the successful Boxster model. The car’s hallmark was its front headlights with integrated turn signals – at first controversial but later often copied by other manufacturers. Moreover, drivers experienced an entirely new interior.
