Your list is fairly comprehensive.

Also make sure your windows open/close properly. There's something like 6 microswitches in each door and it's like 2 for the window, 2 for the key fob and 2 for the physical key lock if you want to use the key blade. the window switches are separate but if any of the other ones have failed you need a new door lock as it's sold as a single unit. If your window cable has stretched, you will need a a new one and that could be giving you problems because the window drops over night or doesn't go all the way down/up.

If your windows/locks are fine I seriously doubt this is the problem, but it just wanted to include it in the thread incase someone else comes along and searches.

How to disable the alarm:

- Eventually these cars will become old and the alarms will start to fail and people will get fedup of fixing them and replacing sensors up the wazoo. If you want to make sure the alarm doesn't go off while you are sleeping till you can track down the issue do this:

1) Lock car
2) After head lights flash twice, unlock the car again.
3) leave the car and walk away. after about 15-30 seconds the car will lock itself automatically but with the alarm off so your neighbors won't want to lynch you.
