Brake switch..easy fix. Consider replacing it with the aftermarket one from Pelican. Slightly easier to install & cheaper.

Sure thing, Zabuch. Are you acquainted with how it is replaced? If not, I (and any number of folks here) will be happy to give you the run down.

The brake switch is a probable cause, and a cheap fix, but that may not be the only cause. It can represent certain suspension fault codes, as well as fault in other modules that are not PCM specific.

After I did my clutch, exhaust, and intake I had my ABS and PSM lights on. I figured it was due to me smashing my reverse sensor or snagging an ABS sensor or something. I fixed my reverse sensor and the codes didn't go away, and figured meh I will figure it out later. A while later I had a couple misfires and a check engine light came on. I took it to my shop and scanned it. the Check Engine light was for random misfires, and misfires on cylinder 3 and 5. but the reason that the PSM and ABS lights were on were because my maf wasn't reading correctly which led to the misfire and CEL.

Not saying this is necessarily what it is, but it is a possibility

I second the MAF. I suppose it could be either but with mine it was the MAF. The code in the durametric was clear also (MAF Signal implausible.). Replaced (easy) and no problem since.
