Interior Trim Paint?
I just purchased a 2003 C2 Cab with a graphite grey interior. It only has 30k miles, but there are a few chips in the interior near the seat belt connector, cigarette lighter, console, and ignition switch that I would like to touch up. Does anyone know of a touch-up paint that matches the color?
Thanks

As far as I know, there is no perfectly match paint for the graphite grey interior in terms of color or texture. I ended up painting most of the interior pieces with the exterior seal grey color with clear coat - much better in terms of contrast and durability.

There is no touchup paint for interiors. You need to buy leather/vinyl dye. There are several sources that sell pre-mixed graphite grey dye. I got a bottle from www.leatherrepairkits.com.
The color you want is #2556 "graphite grey." It matches perfectly. I suggest using a natural bristle brush.

I did the same as socalgt3 and painted most of the trim but my car is artic silver. If you paint any of the pieces with the crappy rubbery paint I found it is best to remove it first. I used nail polish remover and a plastic scrapper to do the seat belt trim you mentioned. They were black plastic under the paint. I primed, painted, and clear coated them and they look great. The "rubber paint" Porsche used is absolutely terrible and scratches easily. If you order the touch up please let me know how it goes because I have a couple areas that could use touch up on my dash trim.

I ordered the kit from www.leatherrepairkits.com.
and it looks perfect. I haven't touched up all of the places in the interior, but the color match is almost perfect. thanks for the info!

Haven't used it personally (yet), but this has been recommended in other threads:

One complaint is the new stuff isn't any tougher than the original.
I'm curious what people say about the leather repair kits. There are a couple parts I'd like to fix that are more amenable to a non spray on repair

I used the above for savannah beige and it worked great. I did not sand or prime just cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. You can still see the contour defects from the scratches if you look closely. If you prep right I'm sure the fix would be nearly perfect.

Purchased a can to fix a piece of trim.
But my leather is Graphite Grey and the trim is Natural Dark Grey.
Big difference so I just bought a new trim piece.
And I suggest Colourlock for leather.

A friend with Savanah beige interior trim pieces (underlying material black plastic) had Home Depot mix a computer-matched latex paint which he applied with a PreVal handheld spray mixer bottle. He had to do some feathering around the chipped/scratched areas before spraying, and the results were as good as factory’s, with even tougher finish.

Just finished the center console using the graphite grey colorbond spray linked a few posts up. I removed all the soft touch coating using green scotchbrite pads and 91% isopropyl alcohol. The color match was spot on.
