Default CEL - Mass Air Flow Sensor

As a follow up to an earlier thread on a CEL back in December, finally got around to getting it fixed. For the techies out there (not me) the codes were p1130 02 and p1128 02. Apparently they blocked off the oil separator from the intake manifold to recheck actual value numbers as part of the diagnosis. Separator is good, but needed the MAF sensor and so was replaced along with new air filter. this may mean something to those of you knowledgeable of such things.

Anyways, got the beast back, seems to run great, but have not had a chance to see if fuel consumption is better yet. Before the CEL came on, I would get about 325 to 340 km per tank of gas before the low fuel light came on. Just before the CEL came on, it dropped to about 300k per tank (city driving), so hopefully this gets fixed as well.

About a month ago I got the same codes, checked everything first (air leaks etc), cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner, but code kept coming back after about 50 miles or so. Decided to try a new MAF sensor, and since I did that the codes have never came back. Odd thing is though, the car runs no different, and I don't see any difference in MPG's since the new MAF sensor was fitted. I was actually planning on making a thread to state this after I got my P1128 and P1130 codes solved, good timing.

I also had the same codes and cleaned the MAF several times
only to have the codes come back after a few weeks.
After new MAF no more codes.
I never tracked my MPG.
