Default How Many 2004 40th Anniversary Editions in the USA?
I know there are 1964 worldwide, how many were delivered to the USA? I've heard less than 400... can anyone get official details? How exclusive is it really?

Sorry I can't cite the reference (read useless)... but my understanding was about 800 of the total 1963
