Just arrived. Very substantial book. Appears to be very nicely done.

I just received an email from Amazon saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to ship the item(s) as soon as we expected and need to provide you with a new estimate of when the item(s) may be delivered..."

So it went from arriving on 10/3 to expected sometime 10/23 or 12/24!

Sorry, just re-read, meant to say 10/23 - 10/24 (not 12/24!)... :-) Still a few weeks later than originally promised when I ordered it.

Amazon has a bunch on the way to them right now. I think they were caught a bit by surprise on how many folks were going to jump on this book but the good news is they're estimating having the book back in stock on the 14th.

I ordered mine yesterday & I just checked for the arrival date & it has it to be delivered here on Oct. 17th, I'm on Prime (2-day) Shipping but I would assume most of ya'll are to.
