so repair Camshaft Adjustment Bank 1 issue, will have no effect on the low oil pressure right ?
If so better to fix low oil pressure first by rebuilding the engine again and save some money

No no no.....you need someone that knows a how to find the cause of the low oil pressure. Take it to a mechanic that knows what they are doing. Diagnosing this through the forum will not work.
