This thread was very helpful. I checked the fuses (but noted there aren’t separate fuses for left / right so that wasn’t the issue). I changed the bulb. No change. I swapped the bulb holder between the right and left assembly. Issue persisted (the holder worked in left assembly, but not in the right one). So, I cleaned the assembly contacts (cotton swab with some vinegar on it) and used a tool to gently bend the metal contacts in the assembly out towards the holder. I also ensured that when reinserting the holder I turned it all the way until it went ‘click’. Success.
