Default Coffin install-Q

Hey guys
Just got some new lower control arms for the front (look like conffins) with bushings and ball joints already in place.
I got two questions
1. Install: easy/hard?
2. Alignment needed after?
Thanks

1. Generally pretty easy. You need a ball joint separator.
2. Yes.

Just did this, super easy ~20 minutes a side after taking off wheels etc. Nice thing is you don't have to worry about ruining the ball joint boot with a pickle fork since you are replacing it anyway.

Maybe you will need alignment, maybe not, but you need to check it. My toe was 1/2" off but camber was OK. I just reset the toe with my set of Longacre toe plates and was good to go.

Post removal inspection revealed the ball joints were really wiped out. Very loose and gritty.
