996 C2 Main Idler Pulley Replacement?

Ok so I purchased a new idler pulley. Need to know how do you replace this main tensioner idler pulley? The service
Guy said to used the locking bolt that came with it.

Here's a diagram of how the roller attaches. To remove, you turn it counter-clockwise while countering on the bolt it is mounted on.
