I just recently had a B&M short shifter installed, all i gotta say is wow, it makes the shift feel way more solid, precise and of course a lot shorter.
However i drove it without needing to go in reverse until just today, and holy! It wouldn't go in to reverse, i would have to play with it and really force it to the left before i can push it in. Almost feel like i can snap the shifter trying to get in reverse.
Its seems like all the gears been shifted to the left abit. First thought was need to adjust the linkage cables, but im clueless, not sure what to adjust and how much.

Lift the boot up and look down at the two shift cable that lead to the shifter housing. The one you need to adjust is the one that leads to the left side (the white plaster rocker arm thing). Adjust the shifter cable clamp so it is a little bit shorter (two or three ridges) and see if that helps. If it doesn't, adjust it the other way and see if it helps.
