Default M030 or OEM installed

I am replacing worn front suspension parts and noticed when ordering front sway bar bushings there are OEM and M030 available. The previous owner had done some mods to car, lowered Bilstein suspension, but orignal tire/wheel size.

Is there a way to tell if M030 sway bars have been installed? Badging, diameter, lack of Porsche part number? coil over struts are definitely Bilstein.

99/996/62,000 miles. Thanks.

Default

Stock C2 has 23.1 X 3.4 sway bars (Sizes in mm - Tube Dia. X Wall Thickness)
All MO30 (except Targa) 23.6 X 3.5

So get a caliper on a clean part of the sway bar and you will be able to find out.

Default reverse engineering the suspension...

Thanks again. I measured along the bar and got readings from 23.4 (adjacent to the bushing) to 23.8mm on the front sway bar. Still trying to confirm what was added by previous owner.

My shocks are Bilstein VN7-4612 and coils are H&R R/K 29513. I looked at two other 996's that are known to be stock and my car appears about 1-1/2" lower (noticable).

I find the listings for those components but not sure if they were stock or added later.

Anyone?

I'll drop the sway bar out and look for a part number to be sure before getting the replacement bushings.

The rear bar is a 996 333 701 12 but PET is not clear if that is MO30 or not...it shows varieties including MO30.
