What is your next Porsche

Very cool thread, it's always a good feeling thinking/dreaming of what's next.
For me, it's either a 997 Turbo or 4S but realistically it won't be a Porsche, it will be a 2009 white Vantage!

I'm giving some serious thought to moving to the Cayman family. I love the looks/design, the performance is nearly equal or better than the 911, and on the track they're animals. Put all of that together with the improved reliability of the 09 and new models and it's a compelling story for me.
The PDK question also comes into play. I've always driven manuals on the street and track, but when I test drove the PDK was very impressed. It's the first automated transmission that did exactly what I wanted when it I wanted it, and much faster than I possibly could have. On the track I understand it's borderline amazing.

Hmmm... after the progression from a 930s to a an 87 Cab to a 95 C2 (w/LSD!) to the 2000 C4 Cab we have now, I am torn between a 996 Turbo or an 996 gt3. The turbo is amazing in acceleration, but the GT3 is so quick and nimble.

I've had my 2000 C2 for a looong time now and I still love it. I have driven numerous other Pcars(everything from '80s era 911s to late model 997 C2Ss with PDK) in that time and I still prefer my car over all of them. Although, I'd love to add a 996/997 GT3 to the garage.
Not to mention, the 996 really stands out in a crowd...

That pic with the lone P car in a sea of red Ferrari's is priceless.

A rust free 914 would be a hoot.
I had a couple of them in the '80s and loved them. I actually thought them more fun than the '80 SC Targa I had near the same time.
