Default Pissed!

Leaving the movie last night ( had parked on the end by the curb) I backed out and then preceded to drive right over the f$&)ng curb!
Look at the wheel this morning and sure enough , bad nick on the left front wheel. Mad at myself for being careless, but finally comforted in the fact that it could have been worse; coud have flattened the tire.
Gotta see the positive!

Happens tot he best of us. Local shop here fixes that stuff for $125. I am sure you can get it fixed there to for about the same.

Just battle scars showing that the car is being used. Adds a bit of honest charactor to the vehicle. I have stone chips low on the front bumper. Also marked my rear wheel reversing up too close to a high kerb. Dammit.

Another way to look at it; you still have 75% perfect wheels remaining.(still sucks though)

I bought a 2004 TT Cab with 21K, it was in great shape except the curb rash on the wheels. The first thing I did was take the car in and all of the wheels refinished. It was $125 each. I took the car in on a Friday afternoon and had it back Monday afternoon. Great job on my stock turbo wheels and refinished and painted in the arctic silver. They looked brand new for a fraction of the cost.
