Default 1999 Porsche 911 Carrera Horn and Window

My horn is stuck in the on position (I have the fuse removed for now). I must have this fixed because it will not pass next inspection without a working horn. When I lift the lower part of the horn cover, it stops. When I let go, it starts again. Does this mean I need an entirely new clockspring? Or is there an alternative route I can go?

Also my passenger side window does not automatically close the few millimeters after the door is closed. Is it possibly off the track or do I need a new regulator?

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

Replace the airbag frame to fix the horm. Don't know about the window.

The window issue sounds like you need a new regulator...

i shoved a pc of fuel hose under the airbag thingy as a temp fix. its ummm been that way for 3 years now. it gives enouh to allow you to blow the horn like a spring.

Removed air bag and saw the Rubber gaskets are kind of deteriorated causing the problem. The rubber hose is a great idea. Will try that first.

I listened a little more closely to the window issue and I can hear the wire tangled and grinding. Strangly window goes up when I press down and down when I press up sometimes. Took me a while
to get the window completely up before the rain.
