TMK you can't adjust height only damping and this is dependent on how you like to drive, the typical road conditions, etc.

It seem's that there is only preload adjustment. It will affect on ridehight, but will make the suspension harder if there is no loose when the car is lifted up.
Setting the bound and rebound on softest and adding some preload might do the trick. If the car is too bouncy, tighten the bound/rebound screws until the car feels good.

Or put ROW030 suspension, no adjustments and very good setup for spirited driving.

That looks nearly the same as a Bilstein PSS9/10, branded as Ruf. Springs are brand specific and must be for that type of coilover. You may be better off with stock stuff. Your sway bar as pictured has 2 softer settings, you might try that first.

Looks like Bilstein coilovers with RUF-specified springs. There should be adjustment ***** to set stiffness. In the front, it's at the bottom of the shock. In the rear, you'll need to pull up the carpet over the shock towers to get at the ****. You'll need to do an internet search to find out if you need to twist the ***** left or right to go softer. Usually, it's righty tighty (stiffer), lefty loosey (softer). If it's way too stiff for you, start by turning them all the way counter-clockwise. You'll also probably want to raise the car a little bit if it's too low for you. If you don't have spanner wrenches for the coilover perches, you'll need to order some online. You can get them on eBay for cheap.

they are indeed pss9/10, pull the rubber blue boot off on the bottom and turn counter clock wise to stiffen to your liking.... call bilstein up, or ebay they have spanner wrenches.
