Default New 911 owner GA

Hi to all

Just bought a new to me 996 , 1999 Midnight Blue over Savanha Six Speed, 36K miles and basically as clean a 13 year old car you can find without looking in a museum. Garage Kept its whole life and driven around 2700 miles a year since new. All original Books , records and receipts plus all OEM extra parts taken off car.

Car has some nice upgrades like new gt3ssr wheels, new clutch, wood trim 3 spoke steering wheel and Ebrake plus gear ****.

My favorite option is the Fister Exhuast with Schnell tips , Sounds like heaven on Earth to me.

Put 300 miles on the car this weekend just driving with no where to go but High Rev's to hear that nice note under my butt .

I have a few plans : Tint windows right away and fix some tiny crub rash on a few of the lips and DRIVE !

I had ownes a Boxster in 99 and a Boxster "S" a few years later then went away from PCARS till i jumped into this sweet Machine Saturday................

I've got the same year and color, you've got a great looking car there! Fister is the next mod I'm looking to do, glad to hear you like it! Welcome back to the P-Car family!

Welcome, another MY99. What a well kept example. Your new Porsche will love those 300 mile drives, keep them coming.

I looked hard for such a car and Saw many listed at 29K to 18 K with varied miles from 1999 to 2000.

I wanted one here in town as i didn't want to buy a car i couldn't see or drive first and being so busy i had no time to travel....

Did not want to buy from a dealer and have to pay any TAX

This car was listed at 25900$

We settled on 23000$

Cant stress how clean this car is , and to be honest it was right in my wheel house budget wise as a 4th car .

The upgraded wheels , Air box, exhaust and stereo are exactly what i would have wanted to make the car slightly different from others on the road so they were a huge bonus for me purchase wise.

I looked at so many beaters that when i meet the owner and saw the car all i was waiting for at that point was a clean check up from a shop and she would be mine.

You can actually buy them cheaper if you dont mind door dings , high miles , stock everything , beat interiors and cracked seats.............I paid for what i got.

Congrats, did this car come out of Midtown? I used to live in Ptree lofts, and one that looked exactly like this was parked there frequently.
