So after reading about all the good things about CDT 4" Dash speaker replacements I got some off eBay. And well, they dont fit, the cast metal carrier is way to big for the stock parts.

I would be keen to know what cabriolet 4" dash speaker actually fits? Looking for real world experience, thanks!

I think I might try these coaxial's. Any one tried to fit these?

 

Would be good to know what mounting depth I can get away with in the cabrio dash as well, I think the stock are around 50mm, most decent aftermarket seem to be around 60-65mm.

I have Focal 3-way speakers in my dash. They dropped right in. I apologize - I don't remember the catalog number.
