Default 996 C4S Tail Question

First off, thanks to everyone for the knowledge accumulated on this site. I am the proud new owner of a Polar Silver 2003 C4S and learned a great deal on this site during the shopping process.

Does anyone know what tail this is in the attached photos ?

Thanks again everyone !

The one for the Cab is a little lower to clear the clamshell when it opens.

Definatly not Orginal, C4S Decklid is very slightly diffrent and a 996 NB Aero will not fit.

This is the Factory Aero Lid for C4S (Same as Turbo Aero)

Nope... Aero was not Offered on Cab C4S

But i think it's a 996 Narrowbody Cab Aero Spoiler, As the C4S Decklid is Diffrent but the Spoiler Part might be the same, so it might be possible to Install a NB Aero Cab Rear Spolier onto a C4SCab, just a guess.

Do these pics help explain, they are from an ebay listing for an aero kit spoiler

Actually, it may be from a first generation 996 aero kit. See this info on Pelican

The pic in your first post appears to be a fixed wing on C4S Cab but the images you posted later are of NB cars. I could be wrong but I don't believe these wings are interchangeable. I was under the impression that the engine cover on the WB is different from the NB and that the two couldn't just be swapped without some body work; which would mean (to me, at least) that any fixed wings might not be interchangeble. The Pelican Parts site says the wings to which you linked are compatible with the C2/C4 cars but it doesn't say anything about the C4S -- I wouldn't buy one for the C4S without asking first.

+1

I've never seen a C4S cab with a wing before this pic.
