Does anyone use this rear seabelt mount ? Does this meet DE metal to metal requirements ?
I have this mount, and yes PCA UCR approves the use of this for DE events.

I installed the rennline mount a few years ago...works great and luckily I've never had to use the extinguisher!

Must be very uncomfortable for your rear seat passengers

Pongo:
Did you put in dry chemicals or Halotron in your fire extenguisher?
I assume you did buy the FE in Canada. Where can you get it filled if it is Halon?
Thanks in advance as I believe this mod is a very smart/safe thing to do! Merci!

Don't worry, with that mounting location, you'll never be able to use it because you won't be able to get to it. It's only useful if you can reach it from the driver's seat.
