- Vapamore steam cleaner
- SEM Soap - On both with a grey Scotch pad
- SEM Leather and Plastic Prep - On Leather only
- SEM Vinyl Prep - On Airbag only
Step 2 - Mix paint and Spray
- SEM Sure Coat
- SEM Cross Linker - Add durability
- SEM Flattener
- SEM Reducer - 25% reduced for use with airbrush

I think that I will try following your instructions. I have checked with a couple of local places that restore steering wheels, but their prices are up around $400
