Thanks Mark! I have so many plans for it. After the IMS and cutch work next week, will look at wheels and suspension.

Very nice. The GT3 wheels look hot on the C4S.

Superb! Every time I see pics of your car I wonder if I should have gone for the black C4S Cab that was available at the time.

Read in your other post about the clutch and high release point. My 2004 C4S has the same issue (dealer says non-issue) i had it in for my 30K service (yes Eric - 30K mile service so I have been driving it) and opted for a brake fluid flush and bleed hoping it would make it better, but it's the same. New OEM clutch was dealer installed by the previous owner and only has 7K miles on it. The clutch on my C2 feels totally different and is more to my liking.

Let us know if yours feels any different after you have the work done.

Thanks all!

Dennis, I agree! I will most likely stick with these and maybe get them painted. RAC Performance showed me some that we're painted and they look great.

John, I will definitely follow up with both clutch kit results and IMS pics. For $700, the kit includes pressure plate, bearing, and disc. He said in most cases, that change addresses the play in the pedal. Another independent I took it to for a second opinion said the clutch movement was fine and should be good for another 10K or so. Since I am a perfectionist, I will get it done and hope the feel improves. :-)

One of the better looking C4S'; clean, black cab.

I didn't know they came with lift kits though; j/k.

Also like the GT3 wheels.

Thanks Ed, and LOL - crazy how much space there is above those tires. Suspension is next on the list. I am sure I will be back soon asking for recommendations. I like how your car sits!

Yeah, I've never been a big fan of the GT3 wheels because for some reason they tend to look smaller than they really are; almost like they're 17s instead of 18s. I know its an optical illusion or something. That said, I really like them on your car.

P.S. John, still 25K on my car. I was hoping to get it out of the garage last weekend for its Spring refreshening but I didn't have the time. I'd like to flush the cooling system on the Saab and change its oil also so I can get it off of its stands, too. I'm hoping this weekend might prove better! One thing at a time.

Prior owner ( LVDell), did the OEM X73 suspension; IIRC, a 20mm drop all around,
great driveability, handling, no bone-jarring effects. Mostly decent roads here in S. FL. I have been careful on most inclines here and have never scraped the front lip yet. Very satisfied.

By far the best looking 996 I have over 115,000 miles on my 2004 C4s Cab... she's still beautiful and runs like new. Although I do need new cats

But perhaps I'm a bit bias.

Riad, good to hear about the longevity. My experience so far only solidifies that I will most likely own numerous P-Cars. Your pictures remind me I need to get a wind deflector! Like the seal grey, too. That was my first choice but couldn't find any on the local market.
