Default H&R spring install question

I'm installing H&R sport springs on my '00 C2 coupe (part 29513--I've tripled checked that I have the correct springs). On the H&R technical sheet, they say to trim the front bump stop for the following application (which is closest to mine): "part #29813, Porsche C2, C4". The technical sheet on their website says the same. My question is: do I trim the bump stop assuming this applies to my application? Or not? For those of you who installed these, did you have to trim the front bump stops? (H&R says no need to on the rears for the referenced application.) I may just have to wait and call them tomorrow.

Thanks

On a hunch, I searched H&R's website for springs for a '92 C2 and the part is 29813. So I'm going to assume that my application (#29513) does not require trimming the bump stops. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
