Good to hear. I am upgrading my '65 VW Bug to a g96.00 gearbox and have been trying to figure out the clutch arrangement. The motor last made 480whp/300wtq, but have since built the motor but will still only be making about 375 flywheel tq. The car is around 2000lbs so the clutch doesn't have to be as strong as if it was in a 996. I bought a used low mile boxster s clutch assembly for mock up, pressure plate has the same part number as a 996 but the disk number is different. So I may just get a stock 996 disk and run it to see if it will hold.
