01 996 cab rear roll bar cover removal - help
I have an 01 996 cab. The rear trim that covers the pop-up roll bars that runs the full width of the car, directly above and behind the rear seat backs, is loose on the drivers side. I need to remove it to inspect/repair/replace.
I have accessed an online manual that shows some basic diagrams and instructs to remove the rear panel behind the rear seat backs - easier said than done. This panel is held in place with 2 screws (easy) AND the front edge of the pop up cover (bummer). It seems that I may need to remove the rear seat backs in order to remove the panel.
Any one had experience in removing the pop-up cover or rear panel?

Update. There is one screw at the rear center on the full-width cover. Then remove the two oval inserts to expose two more screws - and the cover comes off. https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...t-a-997-a.html
