congrats! time to start the mods... are you going to lower it? curious... at 68K miles how do you like the suspension that came with it?

 

Yes, I am tempted already with a ROW M030 suspension but that will have to wait a while. Suspension seems fine, 18" setup is a little harsh but the rears are close to needing changing so that probably has something to do with it.
My main task is to not panic and immediately plan to install the LN IMS bearing upgrade. My first oil change is close and I have the LN magnetic drain plug on order and I plan to check the filter that comes out.

 

for an 03 with 68K it's normal to change out suspension at this time.. ROW 030 is good option ; plug'n'play; you'll really like the new dynamics

LN IMS bearing is prudent on your part; may want to think about a nice exhaust system to hear the symphony within... PSE, Cargraphic have some nice ones...

 

Yes, already thinking about a mod to the exhaust (Fister type) for a little better sound. Short term just getting it fully sorted (I tend to be a little **** about these things...)

I just sold my 951 and am looking for a 996 as well.

Thanks, at least you did it in the correct order. I bought my 996 and am now getting ready to put my 951 up for sale. I might try to make it up to Hershey next month and put it in the for-sale section.
