That may explain the cupping. Tires were under inflated.

His morning I checked the tire pressure and even though I set the Nitrogen machine at 38 all 4 were at 34. I used my air pump and made the fronts 36 and the rears at 40. Son of a gun the tires are making less noise.

just spoke with a friend of mine who works at yokohama corp. he said most of the time tires cup, there is a manufacturer defect and the manufacturer will warranty them 90% of the time.
Not sure if it will work for you but that's straight from the mouth of a guy who works in the industry.

Bridgestone Blizzaks does not recommend tire inflation above 40 psi. Just some info for those running winter tires.
