You can rent the tool from rollyourfender.com. Not sure on the price ($50-75) but a friend did his car succesfully. They even include a heat gun to warm the paint/clear coat.

I rented the rollyourfender and it worked very well. Quite simple and only an hour. I posted a thread on it here. Try search.
