Will 2 tires fit?
Hi everybody:
I need to know if two rear new tires (no rims, just tires) size 295/18 will both fit in the luggage space behind the seats?
My measurements do no give me a definite answer, so please, I need to know for sure.
Will one fit inside the trunk maybe?
Thanks in advance.

Yah 3 tires can fit from my last experience. I know I had 1 or 2 in the back and 1 or 2 in the front to make 3 total. Just remember you can adjust the front seat while jockeying for positioning things to fit. I kind of think it was one on front floor, one on seat and one on its side in the back.

It still does not answer my problem.
We will be drivng quite a long distance (two people) and we are to pick up these tires on the way. So, front seat and front floor are out.
All I have is the behind the seats inside plus the trunk of course.
I would hate to be forced to drive other car.
Can someone save me please?

I was able to fit four blizzaks but it was hairy because I had my seven yr old daughter in one of the back seats. Two tires had to sit on the front seat. The spare tire was removed and put in the back to make room for one tire in the trunk. I was literally squished to the steering wheel. We went from Vancouver to Point Roberts WA to pick those tires up. Next time I'm taking the RV.
If they are summer tires, you can get three in but you might have to move driver and passenger seats forward. It might not be a comfortable ride back.

I would if it wasn't so expensive.
I live in Canada, land of The Great White North where people are still free but have to pay HUGE taxes, duties, brokerage fees, environmental fees, GST, PST, HST etc which would increase the total price of two stupid tires shipped from US by $225.
So, whenever I go fo a few day visit south of this stupid border infested with more uniformed watchdogs then Russian border I like to bring some shopping items within the duty free limit allowed.
Still, could someone put me out of my misery and answer my original question please?
Thanks

They will fit. Keep the rear seat backs down...and you might need to move the front seats closer and lose some leg room. Here is a novel idea....get the diameter of the wheel off of Tirerack and cut 2 cardboard templates out. Or to be safe just make them 26" in diameter. 295's can't be over 26". See if they fit in back.

Can your passsenger fit in the back seat behind the driver? Just an idea of how big the tires are. Two rear tires won't fit in the back.
