Default NT-01 on stock rims ? who runs them ?

I would like to try the Nitto NT-01, they are cheap and have plenty of good feedback on the forum BUT their sizes are not ideal for the stock rims.

In the front, no problem they have 225/40/18 and 235/40/18 which should be no problem on the 8" stock rim.

But in the back they only have 315/30/18, which is definitely out of question for the 10" wide stock rim. And a 275/35/18, which should fit on the rim nicely but they have 35 tall sidewall...

So I wonder if anybody has been running those rears ? Should I try it or move on

Phil, I run the nittos on my stock 11" rims. I think the manufacturer has a recommended wheel width of 10.5-11.5. Great tires in my opinion. I even used them on the street for a couple thousand miles this summer. Just slow down in the rain..

You can mount 11" rears with no problem with the GT3 offset.

they make 275/40 as well... good on 9-11" wheels from their website.
