Hello folks...,
Just out of curiosity....is it possible to get the engine of our beloved Porsche look like new...(and i mean oil pan engine block and all...)
for the moment i cleaned the engine with engine degreaser and the engine is now clean but not look like when it was new (like silver in color)....any idea...
Is steam cleaning could do the job
Thanks
Robert

If you are talking about removing the Cosmoline, I wouldn't recommend doing that unless you plan to "show" the car.
The Cosmoline is there to protect the engine and components from the elements.
There are plenty of threads on how to clean it up if you really want to go down that road. Just do a search on Cosmoline.
