Default i thought she rode hard, but now...

hello everyone,

well i have an observation i would like to share. when i picked up my new (and first) 996 c4s i thought the ride was a bit rough. i thought maybe the history - '03 with 12k miles. now just past 26k it feels a bit soft? i know suspension change happen slowly. is it worn? do i want pss9? something else. still learning.

thanks

If you put snows on, they are a bit softer and can make the ride a bit gentler, imho. Tire pressure makes a difference as well, and as temperatures go down, pressure in cold tires drops unless you keep up with it, and may make the ride less harsh. You could also just be getting used to the ride so that it's no longer quite as startling. Can't comment about PSS9s but would like to learn.
