Guys, I tried the search feature but that didn't help. I'm not sure what else to call it, I figured the trunk/hood would be the front so I said the rear lid (where the engine is) clicks but won't release. Any suggestions, Thanks

There is a manual release wire under the left taillight. It is between the light assy and the top of the bumper. If you gently wedge a rubber spatula under the light assy you can see it and fish it out with a thin wire hook.
If pulling that doesn't release it try presure on the lid, down and up, while you pull the wire. Maybe something got jammed?

Thanks fpb111, I've already tried the pressure up & down, even cranking the motor to see if that would help, to no avail. Now I'll try the spatula thing & see if that helps.

The spatula is just to help get access to the release cable. It is like the one for the frunk.
