Default Looking for input on value with X51, PSE, PSM & sport seats

Hi all, I've been looking for a 02-04 996 cab for the past few months and missed a keeper out on the west coast. I am currently investigating a 2003 996 cab, appx 45K miles, good overall condition and currently working on setting up a PPI.

It's black, black and black with a few desireable options such as the X51 Power Kit, PSE, PSM and Sport Seats.

The only problem that i am aware of is the top does not go up or down on it's own, I am told it can be opened or closed easily with one hand.

Now what do you think is a fair price and what might be wrong with the top?

TIA

Jeff

I believe the hydrualics are known to go bad. Not a cheap fix. I am sure a cab person will chime in soon.

The reservoir may be dry, it happens with long term slow drip @ a time leaks and large piston seal leaks. Also timing issues with the side flaps and large rear cover micro switches. Easy by hand?? Not.

Those are pretty awesome options though. PSE and X51 especially are hard to come by.

PSE and X51 are great but only hard core 996 people will really put value on those, so I'd say $3k value at most. anyways, the car is plenty fast without the X51 kit. so if the car is not as good as a 'regular' 996, then go for the cheaper.
