Well, Mobil Delvac is not an approved fluid for Porsche transmissions and I do not care to experiment with my transmissions finding the answer to a question -- which transmission fluid is ok to use? -- that Porsche has already answered.

Besides, I have no desire to do a transmission fluid change myself, even if I had a place in which to do it.

Furthermore, I can't do the change in 0.3 hour the dealer charges me and my time is worth enough that I come out ahead having this work done at the dealer.

The dealer takes care of stocking the fluid, disposing of the old fluid and I simply drop off the car one day, get a couple of minute shuttle ride to my home to pick up my second car, then repeat the process the next day when the car's ready.

Sincerely,

Macster.
